Housing for all Ages and Demographics

New enhancements have reinvigorated Lincoln Park’s 60s-era senior housing, transforming it into a vibrant, multi-generational community hub. With renovations and fresh units, it has sparked a sense of unity and energy, creating a welcoming neighborhood for all.

Shared Spaces

Located at 2700 N. Sheffield Ave., the new building offers the neighborhood 60 affordable units alongside 20 market-rate units, a community room hosting complimentary senior lunches, and two floors of amenities tailored for all ages with access from the adjacent apartments.

Building Bridges

Named to honor the legacy of the first African American U.S. delegate to the United Nations, these apartments seamlessly connect to the new building via interior bridges, providing direct access to enhanced facilities.

Fresh Air

A new patio encourages all residents to connect outdoors, whether gathering as a community or enjoying time with close friends and family.
