A New Standard for Urban Living in Seoul
One Bailey is a transformative 23-building residential development in Seoul’s Gangnam district and one of RATIO’s largest projects to date. Spanning nearly 1.5M SF, the $4B development includes 2,990 residential units in towers ranging from 15 to 35 stories, along with a four-story underground parking garage, two retail structures, expansive parks, and integrated delivery roads and pedestrian paths.
Transforming the Existing Fabric
RATIO’s Chicago Studio led the master planning and schematic design in collaboration with Samsung C&T Construction. Notably, One Bailey represents RATIO’s first Reconstruction Project in Korea—a redevelopment model replacing outdated housing through partnerships with residential unions and developers to create modern, high-rise communities with state-of-the-art amenities.
