RATIO Design is proud to announce several recent promotions and five colleagues elevated to Principal— Dustin Eggink, Jennifer Song Koeppe, Jon Hutslar, Larry George, and Teresa Smith.

These individuals are recognized for their commitment to design excellence, outstanding leadership, and the unique talents they bring to every project.

We are delighted to celebrate the accomplishments of so many exceptional leaders across the firm this year. They each add something special to our design teams and elevate the design impact in our communities,
