Chris Meier

AIA, LEED AP
Principal / Indianapolis Studio Leader

An Architect and Principal at RATIO, Chris brings more than 15 years of design experience to the firm’s Indianapolis studio.

During a career that has taken him to Denver, Chicago and back home to Indianapolis, Chris has participated in the design of a variety of project types in markets including mixed-use, multifamily residential, healthcare, commercial, workplace, and education. He has been deeply involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle, from client development, to initial programming and concept design, through construction documents and construction administration.

Chris is particularly skilled in complex project deliveries: public/private partnerships, fast track projects with phased schedules, multi-team arrangements, including requirements from federally funded projects.

Chris’ strength as a project architect and manager is his ability to solve problems by leading the team, creating consensus, and being committed to serve the client with the success of the project as the ultimate goal. An effective communicator, Chris’ focus on team building and collaboration results in a positive, engaging process for both the project team and RATIO clients.
