Brock Roseberry

AIA, LEED AP
Principal / Architecture

“As designers, we must recognize we’re part of a society and play an important role in creating a sense of place.”

Brock Roseberry leads RATIO’s talent recruitment and retention efforts in addition to managing RATIO’s HR and people strategies and is proud of the culture of trust and empowerment he’s helped to nurture. A detail-oriented and thoughtful designer, Brock goes deep to find the story that will ultimately come alive in each project’s architectural narrative.

Co-leading RATIO’s higher education market, Brock is driven by a belief that kids are our future and deserve spaces where they can thrive. He loves the challenge of designing spaces intended to last for decades, leveraging flexible, sustainable design. He delivers a high level of personal service through a humble approach and gains great fulfillment from the long-term relationships that result. His alma mater of Ball State University is one such relationship, through which Brock has led numerous projects ranging from complex projects across campus to intricate designs for small features within it.

He’s a keen observer, finding inspiration everywhere from family trips to Walt Disney World and time spent playing with Legos with his kids, to live music and bike rides. He leads his church’s facilities committee, coaches both of his kids’ soccer teams, and is in charge of hospitality for the Indianapolis Irish Cultural Festival. His desire to create indoor-outdoor connections with nature are inspired by frequent family visits to national parks, and by his sincere motivation to protect the environment for future generations to enjoy.
