A fast-growing technology company, Zotec Partners wanted to create a campus that echoes its brand-image and provides a work environment that is staff-focused and nimble enough to adapt to its pace of growth.
The solution is a campus that provides a 5-story, 120,000 SF collaborative workplace with daylight and views, supports a variety of work-styles, and feels like a second-home to the staff. The experience begins with a 5-story parking deck that connects to the office via a pedestrian bridge that enters directly into a café. From there, employees can find their way via an open stair that connects all 5 stories of the building within the social hub.
Each floor has a combination of conference rooms, a small pantry and social space, and space for approximately 150 people. On the main level, a food venue is a subsidized amenity for all employees which spills onto an outdoor plaza. The remaining elements of the first floor contain a lobby, gym, and executive parking.
