RATIO assessed the complex’s integrity and reuse potential while working with the developer, the City, and other parties to develop a plan for a viable rehabilitation project.
The mill building will contain 85 guest rooms, guest services, and conference center, while the former engine house and picker house will serve as restaurant, bar, and event space. Site improvements will create a high-quality guest experience while celebrating the site’s authentic industrial character.
