David Valaskovic has over 20 years of international experience with a diversified mix of building types, including office, mixed-use, educational, institutional and residential. Committed to creating quality architecture, David’s design approach is to develop solutions based on an in-depth understanding of each client’s program and aspirations applied to the context of a project’s physical and cultural environment.
A versatile designer, David has a mix of public and private sector projects in his portfolio. He recently worked on the renovation of the CTA Brown Line Stations at Chicago, Sedgwick and Armitage Avenues. Also for the City of Chicago, he was involved in the development of Michigan Boulevard Historic District Guidelines for the Department of Planning and the design for Little Village High School, a Chicago Public School.
